SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently offer shipping to Canada only. 🇨🇦
PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped using a fully tracked courier service.
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time is approximately 15 days, depending on your province or region.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping prices may vary depending on your location. For remote areas, the shipping fee can be up to $24,14 CAD.
PRE-ORDERED & BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
If an item is pre-ordered or back-ordered, we will ship it as quickly as possible once stock is replenished. We appreciate your patience! 🙏
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please note that tracking details are updated once your package arrives at your local sorting facility — so there may be a short delay before you see any movement.
Haven't received your tracking info yet? Here's what to do:

- 🔍 Log into your Mindful Closet account to find your tracking number

CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at info.mixosupply@gmail.com there is only a small window of time in which we are able to make changes.
SHIPPING NOTICE
Please be aware that delays can occasionally occur due to the nature of shipping. The delivery times listed above are estimates only and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Mindful Closet is not responsible for address errors or packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe your package has been misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

DUTIES & TAXES
All prices are displayed in CAD. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout in accordance with Canadian tax laws. There are no surprise import duties for Canadian customers — what you see is what you pay! 🎉
